Provide Identification & Proof of Address – 1 copy of a government issues photo-ID (such as a driver’s license or passport), and 1 copy of a proof of residence (such as a bank statement, or a utility bill).

Sales Documentation – The documents for each sale vary, but the sales contract is the beating heart of the paperwork.  Be sure to include all pages, with relevant information on loan officers and closing agents.
